By grace I’ve been saved through faith
Through faith I discerned I’m loved
I’m loved not because I did good
I did good hence because of this love
This love is a gift by grace
By grace I’ve been saved through faith

Invite members of your community to gather for a time of Sabbath:
- Invite participants to recall an event in which a gift/support/love was given to them without preconditions.
- Invite them to spend time in silence to ponder:
- How old were you?
- Who was involved?
- What was the gift?
- How did you know this was given without condition?
- What did you do with this gift?
- What did you do to give thanks?
- Then invite them to form small groups of 6 to share their stories.
- Conclude the gathering as a whole group inviting each person to complete the sentences:
